Fees, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Procedures
1.Purpose of Policy
This policy sets out David Kirkwood First Aid Training rules and procedures about fees and Refunds.
- Fees
Fees for individual must be paid in full on the day of the Training.
For Business, Company or Corporation our Tax invoice are strictly 7 days unless negotiate prior to the training commencing.
Payment can be made in cash, EFT in our bank account, or by Cheque made out to David Kirkwood First Aid Training.
- Refunds
There are a number of circumstances where a refund of the fees will be available.
When the course has been cancelled by David Kirkwood First Aid Training and all fees have been paid prior to the course.
If a client has paid a deposit or in full prior to the course commencing and fails to turn up on the day of the course no refund will be given.
If a client contacts us and advise that they can’t attend the course and has paid a deposit or in full prior to the course commencing. They will receive a full refunded of the money they have paid.
Once the course has commenced NO REFUND will be made where a student withdraws prior to completion the course. If the students leaves due to a family, medical emergency David Kirkwood First Aid Training will consider a refund or rebook the student in at another time.
4.Cancellation
When the course has been cancelled by David Kirkwood First Aid Training and all fees have been paid prior to the course
